I made this full length matalic green and black balloon dress on the first day of TWIST AND SHOUT, a balloon twister convention held in St. Louis, MO this year. It was a great opportunity to learn from some of the best balloon artists from around the country. As well as demonstrate my unique style and techniques. Not too bad for my first dress. This was so much fun. I Hope to make many more. =)
